Before you send photos
A wide photograph of the installation and a close-up of the appliance label can help with the first conversation. Avoid sending documents, alarm codes, payment details or anything you do not need to share. Do not remove appliance covers or reach into unsafe areas to take a photo.
If you need urgent help
Call to check current availability. Pureflo’s published hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with Saturday availability confirmed by phone. An email is suitable for planning work but should not be relied on for an immediate response.
If you suspect a gas leak, leave the affected area and contact the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 from a safe place. Do not wait for a website enquiry to be answered.
