Boiler, hot water cylinder and neatly arranged copper pipework from Pureflo's uploaded work

Plumbing & heating services

A boiler replacement planned around your home.

A good installation starts with understanding your heating and hot water. Talk to Ryan about replacing your boiler in Guildford, Woking and across our Surrey service area.

Start with what you need your heating to do

A replacement boiler is an opportunity to address how the whole system works, not just exchange the appliance on the wall. Perhaps the current boiler has become unreliable, the hot water is no longer keeping up, or a renovation means the existing arrangement needs another look.

Pureflo handles boiler installations alongside cylinder work, heating repairs and whole-house plumbing. That joined-up view matters when a boiler is only one part of the job. Ryan brings 15 years of plumbing and heating experience to the conversation.

What we need to understand

Tell us what boiler you have, what has prompted the replacement and how your household uses hot water. The number of bathrooms, whether showers run together and any planned extension all affect the discussion.

Access and the existing installation also matter. Useful photographs show the boiler, the surrounding cupboard, any cylinder, the controls and visible pipework. Please take pictures from a safe position without opening appliance covers. If you know the model or have previous service paperwork, include that too.

A clear scope before work starts

The proposed installation should set out the appliance and controls, associated pipework, any system preparation and what happens to redundant equipment. If changes to radiators, a cylinder or the boiler location are needed, those should be discussed rather than assumed.

We do not publish a one-size-fits-all installation price. A straightforward replacement and a change of system can involve very different work. Ask for a written quotation describing what is included, any exclusions, the expected disruption and the agreed payment arrangements.

Qualifications, commissioning and handover

Gas work must be carried out by someone appropriately Gas Safe registered for that work. Check the engineer’s current ID and relevant categories before work begins.

At quotation stage, ask which commissioning records, certificates and manufacturer registration apply to the proposed installation. Handover should also explain the controls, how to use the system and what servicing is required to maintain any applicable warranty.

Common questions

Before you book.

Questions about your particular home?
Talk to Ryan →

Can you quote from a photograph?
Photos of the boiler, pipework and controls help us prepare. A firm quotation may need a visit to check the existing system, access and installation requirements.
Should I replace my boiler or repair it?
That depends on the fault, its age, the condition of the system and repair options. Describe the problem first; replacement is not automatically the right answer.
Do you offer a particular manufacturer's warranty?
The terms depend on the chosen appliance and installation. Ask for the actual warranty and registration requirements in your quotation; no blanket warranty is advertised here.
